Our Trailblazer single-origin beans are grown high in the mountains in Guatemala, where they get their fruity flavour from a long 32 hour fermentation process before being dried and processed. In combination with it’s medium roast you get the most delicious balanced fruity coffee. The trailblazer is Cornelius’ personal favourite, he’ll usually brew it with his Hario V60 or have it using our single cup filters.
