Our Trailblazer beans orginate in Guatemala, grown high in the mountain of Huehuetenango. The high altitude in combination with the medium roast gives the coffee a balanced fruity flavour. The secret to this strong fruity flavour is in the fermentation of the beans. They have been fermented for 32 hours before being dried and processed. The trailblazer is Cornelius’ personal favorite, he’ll usually brew with his Hario V60 or have it using our single cup filters.
